COGOV is a EU Horizon 2020 project. It includes 10 partners from 6 EU Member States.

We research the transformation of European public administrations into open, innovative and collaborative spaces. We study the best practices of strategic renewal in Europe to identify key areas of reform. We aim to provide policy advice for increasing the effectiveness of public policy delivery.
